Daily reflections that connect discipline and productivity to deeper purpose. They're firm and directive, drawing from virtue ethics and spiritual wisdom. Free tier has secular motivational reflections. Standard includes faith-based reflections. Premium adds multi-faith options.
Yes. Lite tier is completely free and includes all core features: timer, task management, grading, reflections. Standard and Premium add celebrations, pattern tracking, and advanced features.
Everything runs in your browser. Your tasks, grades, and reflections are stored locally on your device. We don't collect or see your data. Future cloud sync will be opt-in only.
The system is built for this. Tasks persist until you complete them. Your streak resets, but your data doesn't disappear. The Agent will call you out, but you can start fresh immediately. No guilt spirals.

How to Use FocusHub
1. Choose Your Energy Level
Start each session by selecting your current energy state. This adjusts your sprint duration automatically:
- 🔋 Low (15 min): Running on fumes? Short sprints keep you moving.
- ⚡ Medium (20 min): Standard energy. Most days live here.
- 🚀 High (30 min): Full power. Use it on your hardest work.
2. Brain Dump Your Tasks
Stop keeping everything in your head. Use the Brain Dump to get it all out:
- Type or paste multiple tasks (one per line)
- Don't organize yet—just capture everything
- Tasks go to the Holding Area first
3. Sort Into Strategic Buckets
Drag tasks from Holding Area into the right bucket:
- 🔥 Urgent Admin: Email, calls, quick responses. Do these fast.
- 🏗️ Deep Work: Focused, hard thinking. Protect this time.
- 🚀 Strategic Leap: Big moves. Projects that change things.
Add sprint estimates (how many 15-30 min blocks each task needs). This feeds your Daily Pace tracker.
4. Run Your Sprints
Hit START and focus on one task. When the timer ends:
- Take the suggested break (5 min short, 15 min long after 4 sprints)
- Or skip it and keep going (but the Agent will judge you)
- After 2 hours without a break, you'll be forced to stop
5. Log Distractions (Don't Fight Them)
When a thought derails you, capture it immediately:
- Click "Log Distraction"
- Write what pulled you away
- Convert to task if needed
- Get back to work
6. Watch the Agent (Your Accountability GPS)
The Agent isn't a cheerleader. It's a performance coach that tracks:
- Your daily pace (sprints completed vs. 8-sprint target)
- Pattern recognition (task switching, late-night work)
- Time-aware messaging (calls out poor planning)
- Real-time feedback on your behavior
7. End Your Day & Get Graded
Click "END DAY" when you're done. You'll get an A-F grade based on:
- Sprints completed (target: 8)
- Tasks finished
- Distractions logged
Your grade is saved to the Progress Tracker. Watch your consistency over time.
8. Track Your Wins
Completed tasks move to "Done Today (Your Wins)" automatically. This is critical for ADHD brains:
- See your progress visually
- Combat the "I got nothing done" feeling
- Build momentum day by day
9. Morning Reflection (Standard Tier)
Start each day with purpose. After setting your energy level, you'll see a reflection that connects your work to deeper meaning. It's firm, not soft—spiritual direction for discipline.
You can also generate a new reflection anytime during the day if you need a reset.
10. Light/Dark Mode
Toggle between light and dark themes using the button in the header. Your preference is saved.
