Yes. Built by someone with ADHD who tried every other system and watched them fail. FocusHub accounts for time blindness, decision fatigue, hyperfocus crashes, and the constant pull of distractions. It's not inspiration. It's scaffolding.

The AI Agent tracks performance and calls out patterns. Not a cheerleader. Not a therapist. An accountability system. If you're logging 8 distractions by noon, it tells you. If you've done 6 sprints with zero output, it asks where the work is. Choose from 3 levels: Supportive, Balanced, or Tough. Accountability, not coddling.

You set a baseline (minimum daily sprints). Tasks add to it based on bucket type: Strategic = 3 sprints, Deep Work = 2 sprints, Admin = 1 sprint. Priority also matters: High Priority tasks count 1.5x, Medium = 1x (normal), Low = 0.5x. Example: A Strategic task with High Priority = 3 × 1.5 = 4.5 sprints! This rewards tackling important, difficult work first.

Buckets (drag & drop): Drag tasks between Holding Area, Admin, Deep Work, and Strategic to categorize work type.

Priority (stoplight): Click the colored dot (🔴🟡🟢) on any task to cycle through High/Medium/Low priority within that bucket. This helps you tackle the most urgent Admin tasks first, or defer low-priority Strategic work.

Priority doesn't move tasks between buckets—it ranks urgency within each bucket.

🔴 High Priority = Do this first (counts 1.5x toward sprint target)
🟡 Medium Priority = Normal importance (counts 1x)
🟢 Low Priority = Can wait (counts 0.5x toward target)

Click the dot to cycle through priorities. A High Priority Strategic task is worth 4.5 sprints—your highest-value work!

Premium adds cross-device sync, advanced analytics, and the daily reflection library (350+ reflections from 7 traditions). Free users get everything they need to be productive.

Because tasks can contain sensitive information - client names, health appointments, financial details, personal matters. We believe productivity data should be temporary, not permanent.

What gets deleted: Task descriptions, distraction logs, any personal information.
What we keep: Anonymized statistics (total tasks completed, sprint counts, efficiency metrics).

This makes FocusHub more private than Notion, Todoist, or Asana - they keep your data forever.

Both actions are immediate and automated. We comply with GDPR and CCPA data protection laws.

Yes. Cloud sync is optional and fully encrypted:

• In transit: TLS 1.3 encryption
• At rest: AES-256 encryption
• Provider: Supabase (SOC 2 Type II certified)

You can use FocusHub completely offline if you prefer - your data stays only on your device.

Your tasks persist. Your streak resets. No guilt spirals. No shame notifications. Just start fresh. Discipline isn't perfection. It's getting back up. FocusHub doesn't punish gaps; it tracks forward momentum.

At end of day, the system calculates a grade based on (sprints completed / planned sprints) minus a penalty for distractions (5% per distraction). Because high-priority tasks count more toward your target, completing them gives a bigger grade boost than low-priority tasks. You then grade yourself using buttons (A+, A, A-, B+, B, etc.). Compare the system's grade to yours. Build self-awareness over time.

When logging a distraction, you can check "I'll handle this" to declare your intention to deal with it. The system tracks whether you follow through. Over time, the dashboard shows the gap between what you say you'll do and what you actually do. Builds honest self-assessment without shame.

Currently, data is stored per-browser (localStorage). If you use Chrome on multiple devices with the same account, browser sync may help. For true multi-device sync, you'd need to add a backend (see EXPANSION_GUIDE.md in the documentation).

Currently no built-in export (easy to add though). All data is in localStorage as JSON. Open browser DevTools > Application > Local Storage > your domain to see it. Copy/paste to backup. Or ask us to add an export button.

No! FocusHub works 100% offline after the initial page load. Only external dependency is the confetti animation (CDN), which is purely cosmetic. Everything else runs in your browser.
